The Application

Different materials in variable designs enable you to pack, adapted to your individual products.

All trays within our WEBAseal range are characterised by their excellent sealability. With simple hand movements they can be sealed to leak-proof packages. A safe transport is thus guaranteed.

In addition to almost all WEBAseal sealing trays corresponding lids are available, which protect the sealed film from punctures or similar. 

Our individual series within this assortment differ from each other in terms of their material. The respective bowls have different, special characteristics. In addition, you will find different variations in size, shape, colour and division.

WEBAseal menu trays made from bagasse are manufactured from sugar-cane fibres. They are available in various standard sizes for menus and other applications.

WEBAseal CPET trays are suitable for a temperature range from −40°C to 220°C. This means they can be used for freezing as well as for heating and cooking food in the oven or microwave. The trays contain 70% recycled plastic.

WEBAseal PP menu trays are available in standardised sizes with various compartment layouts and filling volumes. The range is specifically designed for microwave use and can be used at temperatures of up to approx. 120°C.

WEBAseal PP transport trays are available in standardised sizes and in transparent or black versions. They are suitable for quick packaging and leak-resistant transport of food products.

WEBAseal PP delicatessen trays are particularly dimensionally stable. Even larger versions with a height of up to 100 mm provide a high level of rigidity, making them suitable for the safe transport and presentation of food products.

WEBAseal XPS foam trays are particularly lightweight while remaining stable. They are suitable for direct hot filling at temperatures of up to approx. 90°C and are available in various versions. In combination with a suitable sealing film, they can be sealed to provide a leak-resistant closure.

WEBAseal Sealing Films

WEBAseal sealing films allow our trays to be sealed quickly with a leak-resistant closure. Different types of film are available depending on the application. Many versions can be individually printed. We will be happy to advise you on selecting the appropriate film.
