+ Where do you deliver?

We supply the entire European region. Within Germany we deliver free of charge from a value of goods of 250,00 Euro. For orders of goods below this value we charge a shipping flat rate of 6.00 Euro. Outside Germany we deliver against prepayment. The shipping costs are charged per shipping package as follows:

+ What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for coffee bags is one original carton.

+ What do you need from me so I can order?

For a proper order processing we need the invoice address and if different also your delivery address. For deliveries outside of Germany, your VAT number is relevant as well as the method of payment - i.e. the decision whether you prefer to transfer the amount in advance or charge it to your credit card.

+ My wish bag has no valve or the valve position of my wish bag does not suit me. Is there an alternative?

We offer our valve installation service for almost all bags. You give us the desired valve position (measured from the top edge to the bottom of the valve) and we will install the valves into the bags after testing according to your requirements.

The delivery time for this special design is approximately 4 weeks after the valve position has been approved. We offer this service for orders of one carton or more.

+ Do you also offer an additional service of attaching the wire clips already on the bag?

We can also attach the wire clips to the bag for you in advance. All we need to know from you is where exactly the wire clips should be attached (measured from the top edge of your bag to the top edge of the wire clip).

The production time for this is about 4 weeks after production release. We offer this service for orders of one carton or more.

+ I want to personalize my bag. What are my options?

There are four conventional options for this: You make labels, and then you stick your own label on the bags. 2. You have your own hand stamp made and print each bag individually as required. 3. You use our hot stamping service and we will make your bag. 4.** For large print runs we can also offer you full-surface printing.

+ What is the difference between hot stamping and full surface printing?

Hot stamping is a simple monochrome print, which we offer from 1,000 pieces. Your print image is mechanically applied to the bag by means of a stamping foil through a heated printing plate. With this type of printing a kind of relief embossing can be created.

The delivery time is between four and six weeks after approval for printing.

With full-surface printing, your complete bag is printed in the flexographic printing process. A maximum of seven colours can be printed especially for kraft paper and rice paper bags and up to eight colours for all other materials. Since the entire roll goods are printed in this process and the bags are only assembled afterwards, the required minimum purchase is also very high.

The delivery time is about 16 weeks after approval for printing.

+ How long are the delivery times?

We deliver standard goods within Germany in one to four working days. If we should not have an article in stock, we can order it for you from our supplier.

The procurement time is about 3 weeks. The delivery times within Europe vary slightly but roughly speaking you will receive your delivery between two and six working days.

For Hot Stamping the delivery time after print approval is four to six weeks. For full-surface printing, the delivery time after print approval is about 16 weeks.

+ Are there other bag variants than those shown in the catalogue?

We are constantly expanding our product range, so that our product range is constantly growing. To always meet the wishes of our customers. + Which bag do you recommend for my product?

True to our Swabian motto "What does aipagga want?" our two men Luca Riemer and Ralf Kempe are at your side to advise you on exactly this question.

As the choice of bag depends on many different factors - such as the filling material itself and its retention time in the bag - it is not possible to give a general answer to this question. One thing is certain: together we will find the right solution for you and your food.

+ Does my bag need a valve?

Whether your bag needs a valve depends on the food you want to pack.

Especially for roasted coffee in the form of whole beans, we recommend a bag with a valve. This serves to degas the freshly roasted and securely packed coffee during post-ripening in the airtight sealed bag. Only with valve bags made of high-barrier materials can you achieve such high food quality with coffee.

+ Are the bags recyclable?

There are also recycling processes for complex material composites similar to Tetrapack, which can differ regionally, nationally or by supplier. We would be happy to handle the disposal for you via the "Gelber Sack". Please ask us about it.
